I think the Grad scheme structure ensures balance. The first few months are about settling in and getting caught up with your business area so you feel comfortable before you start working. You can always reach out to your manager if you feel overwhelmed with work who will help you manage the balance. Managing work comes down to you so ensure you dont take on more than you can handle and you can always reach out if needed!

Hi Ednah! The supportive culture and flexibility here make it feasible to integrate continuous learning into your daily responsibilities. Personally, I have agreed with my line manager on when I can spend more time on my personal learning such as Excel skills etc. Thanks to that, I can make sure that I spend some time learning every week while remaining on track with the projects I am currently working on.
